Is there really a free plan?
Yes — Free forever, no card required. You get 2 agents, 3 team members, the default model, the core tool library, and managed cloud hosting.
How does billing work?
Builder and Scale are flat monthly subscriptions per workspace ($14.99 and $34.99), charged via Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance ($5 on Free, $100 on Builder, uncapped on Scale). Manage payment or cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal.
What's the difference between the plans?
Free covers 2 agents and 3 members on the default model. Builder lifts both to 10 and unlocks every model. Scale removes the limits entirely. Enterprise adds private deployment and advanced controls.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade anytime in-app — it applies immediately. Cancel from the billing portal and your workspace returns to Free when the subscription ends.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card — sign in and start deploying agents right away. You only add billing details when you choose to upgrade.
What counts as an agent?
An agent is a deployed role in your workspace — a configured entity with a defined purpose, tool access, and channel scope.
