Refund Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for AgentGlob paid plans, and sets out the statutory rights available to consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Pricing page, which it forms part of.

1. Overview

AgentGlob paid plans are flat monthly subscriptions billed in advance. Because subscribing gives you immediate access to the paid plan for the period you pay for, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started — but there are important exceptions set out below, including verified billing errors, service failures on our side, and the statutory withdrawal rights of EU/EEA consumers. This Policy explains all of them.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment method and is never charged, so no refund is applicable. You can use the Free plan indefinitely within its limits, and you only provide billing details if and when you choose to upgrade.

3. How Subscription Billing Works

Paid plans (Builder, Scale, and Enterprise, unless your Enterprise agreement states otherwise) are flat monthly subscriptions charged per Workspace in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. When you subscribe or renew, you are charged for the upcoming month and immediately receive access to that plan’s Agents, team seats, model access, and included monthly usage allowance. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. There is no long-term commitment on self-serve plans — you can cancel at any time.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid plan at any time from the Stripe billing portal linked in your dashboard, or by contacting us. On cancellation:

  • Your subscription stops renewing and you will not be charged again;
  • Your paid plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; and
  • At the end of that period your Workspace reverts to the Free plan and its limits, and you keep access to your data subject to our Terms.

We do not automatically refund the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel; you keep paid access through the end of the period you have paid for instead.

5. General Refund Eligibility

Outside the statutory rights in Section 6, refunds are provided at our discretion. We will issue a full or partial refund where:

  • You were charged as a result of a verified billing error, duplicate charge, or system fault on our part;
  • A confirmed outage or defect on our side materially prevented you from using a paid feature you were billed for, and we could not remedy it within a reasonable time; or
  • A refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds are generally not provided for the unused portion of a subscription period after you have had access to the paid plan, for charges resulting from your own configuration choices (for example, deploying more Agents or connecting more Channels), or for dissatisfaction that does not stem from a fault on our side. Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights described below.

6. EU/EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer — that is, an individual acting outside your trade, business, craft, or profession — resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving any reason.

AgentGlob is a digital service that we begin performing immediately: on signup we provision your Workspace and, on a paid plan, give you access to the paid features right away. In line with Articles 7(3) and 16(m) of the Directive:

  • By starting to use a paid plan during the 14-day period, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed;
  • If you withdraw during the 14-day period before the service has been fully performed, you remain liable to pay an amount proportionate to the service already supplied up to the moment you inform us of your withdrawal; and
  • We will refund any amount you have paid that exceeds that proportionate amount, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used unless you agree otherwise.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement of your decision through our contact page within the 14-day period. You may use the model withdrawal form from the Directive, but it is not required. This Section 6 applies to consumers only and does not limit any other statutory consumer rights you may have.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or exercise a withdrawal right, contact us through our contact page within 30 days of the charge (or within the 14-day window for withdrawal), and include the account email, the invoice or charge in question, and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and to resolve them promptly.

8. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge a fee to process a valid refund.

9. Failed Payments & Suspension

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. If it cannot be collected within a reasonable period, we may suspend paid-plan features and revert your Workspace to the Free plan’s limits until payment is made or the plan is cancelled.

10. Price Changes

We may change pricing or plan structure prospectively. We will post changes on our Pricing page and, for material changes affecting your plan, provide reasonable advance notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to usage already billed.

11. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us may result in suspension of your Workspace while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are made in error or bad faith.

12. Taxes

Where a refund is issued, any associated taxes (such as VAT) that we collected and are able to reclaim will be refunded together with the underlying amount, in accordance with applicable tax rules.

13. Enterprise Agreements

If you have a signed Enterprise order form or master services agreement with AgentGlob, the payment, cancellation, and refund terms in that agreement take precedence over this Policy to the extent they conflict.

14. Changes & Contact

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. For billing or refund questions, contact us through our contact page.
